Legal Disclosure & Scope of Services: Florida Insurance Roof LLC provides lead services and operates as Project Managers for licensed contractors and vendors under the direct supervision of the licensed contractor.  While we may partner with providers outside our primary service area to ensure coverage, our role is focused on damage assessments; documenting observations through photography & video. Limitations: We are not licensed public adjusters, attorneys, or appraisers. Our services are strictly limited to those allowable for unlicensed professionals and services performed by licensed contractors.  We do not negotiate insurance claims, interpret policy language, or determine dates of loss.
