The Process

Assisting property owners by identifying storm damage through inspections and comprehensive photos to ensure repairs needed are accurately documented.  The Project Manager will manage the project and coordinate with the property owner, repair crews and insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless process.

#1 Call Us First

It all starts with a conversation. Book a complimentary roof inspection today - no strings attached. A Project Manager will coordinate an in-person visit that works best for your schedule.

#2 Assessing the Damage

The investigation phase. We "Identify & Document Physical Damage" to the roof & property that is often overlooked by the insurance company. During this phase, the Project Manager conducts a thorough on-site evaluation to identify and document damage. Specializing in detecting issues caused by hurricanes, tornadoes, and severe weather (non-hurricane) that have strong winds and/or hail.

  • Missing & Broken Shingles

  • Creased Shingles

  • Curling & Bent Shingles

  • Hail Impact Damage to Roof and Structures

  • Wind-Driven Rain

  • Leaks and Water Damage

  • 10+ Year Old Roof

  • Loss of Granulation

  • Deteriorating Pipe Jacks & Roof Hardware

Damages are recorded using high resolution photography for your safe keeping or potential insurance needs.

#3 The Adjuster Appointment

We attend Adjuster Appointments. Our presence ensures a more detailed inspection with observed damage being identified, recorded and presented to the field adjuster. This step is imperative to ensure your claim is handled fairly and accurately from the start.

#4 Coverage Letter & Estimate

Following the inspection and typically within 7-10 days, the insurance company will issue a Coverage Letter and Itemized Estimate (Scope of Loss). The estimate provides a line-by-line breakdown of the repairs that have been approved, including material costs, labor, and coverage allowances. While the estimate may not match ours, we submit supplements on your behalf that accounts for Florida building code requirments that are necessary and required.

#5 Approved for Repairs

Once approved, we will meet for "Selection Day" to choose the shingle color and hardware. The Project Manager coordinates the material delivery, permiting, the install and the clean-up.  You are kept informed of every step along the way.

Has your claim been denied or approved for repairs only?

We can help... Getting a denial or a partial approval can be incredibly frustrating, but it’s often not the final word. We know exactly what steps need to take place to challenge the carrier's decision. Increase the chance the claim will be turned into fully approval without the need of an attorney or public adjuster. Let us take a second look - at no cost to you - ensure your property receives the full coverage for repairs that it deserves.
